Hvac Sales Manager

We are searching for an experienced HVAC sales professional to join our team. This is a growth position where your results will be rewarded. Salary + bonus position starting at $90,000 – $120,000+ (based on results).

This is the Sales Manager role responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, fostering strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Please only apply if you have a minimum of 5+ years of sales experience in HVAC distribution and excellent references.

• Lead sales team.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and exceed sales targets.
• Participate/lead weekly Sales Meetings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors to ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Analyze sales data and market trends.
• Support counter sales staff if needed.
• Any other job‑related tasks pertaining to customer relationships.

• A minimum of 5 years in sales distribution, preferably HVAC.
• Management experience.
• Goal‑oriented.
• Spanish speaking is a plus.
• Positive and professional demeanor.
• Excellent references.
• Works well in team environment.
• Report directly to company owner.

Salary: $90,000 – $120,000+ yearly.
