Project Manager Windows and Doors
Overview: Manage the entire process from sale to installation of windows.
Required Skills- Detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking abilities.
- Exceptional communication skills; comfortable handling concerns with homeowners, installers, and subcontractors.
- Manage and resolve issues involving homeowners, installers, and subcontractors.
- Conduct on-site punch list walkthroughs for each window installation project.
- Order window materials and ensure timely delivery.
- Schedule installations with installers, subcontractors, and homeowners.
- Handle issues related to homeowners, installations, installers, and subcontractors.
- 5+ years of project management experience with windows and doors.
- Residential window installation experience or general experience in construction/home improvement.
