Bilingual Customer Service Specialist

Sherwin-Williams, a worldwide leader in the development and sale of paints and coatings, is seeking a Bilingual Multi-Location Customer Service Specialist to deliver exceptional service across our retail outlets. This position requires proficiency in English and at least one additional language, enabling effective communication with a diverse customer base. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by handling inquiries, solving customer challenges and maintaining a deep knowledge of our products and services.

This role involves collaboration with various teams to enhance service delivery and uphold our brand's reputation across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner, both in-person and via communication tools.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints swiftly, providing solutions and escalation to appropriate channels when necessary.
• Maintain an up-to-date and thorough understanding of all products and services offered.
• Provide feedback to management on customer interactions and issues to drive improvements in the overall customer service experience.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure a cohesive customer service strategy across multiple locations.
• Track and report on metrics related to customer satisfaction and service efficacy.
