Advocate Health Care -  - Responsibilities:
Contributes to effective patient outcomes by providing competent patient care as assigned by the RN and following the plan of care.;
Performs personal care tasks including feeding, laundry, light cleaning of the patients room, and basic hygiene.;
Monitors patient condition by taking temperatures, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure as directed by the RN; assists with mobility and skin care.;
Maintains patient confidentiality and adheres to HIPAA and privacy standards; documents care in a timely and accurate manner.;
Demonstrates professionalism, flexibility in scheduling, and participates in CQI/quality improvement activities.
