HIRING IMMEDIATELY: ASSEMBLER IN LAKE ZURICH, IL

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an Assembler to join our team in Lake Zurich, Illinois. This individual will be responsible for using a variety of hand and power tools, following work instructions, and more listed below. The ideal candidate will possess a High School diploma or GED, proficient in Surface Mount (SMT), able to read and interpret production schematics, Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, and strong communication, organizational, and attention to detail skills.

• Starting at $47,500/year
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• Monday Mon–Fri, 7am-4pm
• Located in Lake Zurich, Illinois

• Use a variety of hand and power tools, fixtures, and test equipment
• Follow work instructions to correctly assemble, program, and set up monitors
• Gas calibrate and test all monitors
• Complete and fill out technical data, instrument records, and equipment serial number records
• Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Any other duties as assigned by management

• High School diploma or GED
• Proficient in Surface Mount (SMT) and through-hole soldering techniques (Hand Soldering, Rework)
• Able to read and interpret production schematics, assembly drawings and wiring diagrams
• Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Organized individual with attention to detail
