As a CNA you are the front line of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they expect by conducting 1 on 1 orientations and trainings with new CNAs, motivating and providing guidance to new CNAs, performing Activities of Daily Living, observing changes in condition, ensuring a safe environment, and maintaining education.

• State of Illinois C.N.A. certificate and C.P.R. Certification.
• One year of C.N.A. experience is preferable, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate.
