D&W Fine Pack seeks a Quality Manager to lead the Quality Department at our Lake Zurich, IL plant. You will ensure finished goods meet Corporate Quality standards and report to the Plant Manager. You will manage SQF and HACCP program implementation, audits, and cross-functional quality initiatives.
You will drive root cause analysis, CAPAs, data integrity, and continuous improvement, while coordinating with operations and supply chain to uphold food safety and quality goals.
