As a Retail Associate, you will be part of the team responsible for delivering knowledgeable, welcoming, and memorable customer experiences. You will help collectors navigate products, complete purchases and trades, discover new areas of the hobby, and feel confident whether they are experienced collectors or visiting a card shop for the first time.

Team members will receive hands‑on training across customer service, product knowledge, sales, merchandising, inventory, and store operations. As Mint Memorabilia continues to grow, associates will have opportunities to expand their responsibilities across retail, live breaks, events, content, purchasing, inventory management, and other areas of the business.

Depending on experience, interests, and business needs, Retail Associates may support one or more of the following areas:

• Welcome customers and create a friendly, knowledgeable, and engaging store experience
• Assist customers with sports cards, entertainment cards, sealed products, memorabilia, supplies, and other collectibles
• Provide personalized recommendations based on each customer’s interests, collecting goals, and budget
• Answer questions about products, players, characters, sets, parallels, autographs, graded cards, and current hobby trends
• Accurately process purchases, sales, trades, pickups, online orders, and event registrations
• Manage the submission, tracking, sorting, and customer distribution of PSA, BGS, and other grading orders
• Receive, organize, label, and maintain inventory across the retail store and online sales channels
• Package and protect cards and collectibles for customer purchases, fulfillment, and shipping
• Maintain clean, organized, accurately priced, and visually appealing product displays

Mint Memorabilia Retail Associates should have:

• A genuine interest in sports cards, entertainment cards, memorabilia, collectibles, or hobby culture
• A strong commitment to customer service and creating positive experiences
• The ability to communicate clearly with both experienced collectors and customers who are new to the hobby
• A willingness to learn about products, players, teams, characters, franchises, and current hobby trends
• Strong attention to detail when handling cards, orders, inventory, and transactions
• The ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• A dependable, organized, and professional approach to daily responsibilities
• A commitment to protecting products and handling customer collectibles with care
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, events, or release days when needed

Previous retail, sales, customer service, collectibles, e-commerce, live-streaming, inventory, or shipping experience is preferred but not required.

Expected hourly rate is $15-$22 per hour. Compensation will be based on the position, responsibilities, schedule, and previous experience.
