The Opportunity

This position reports directly to the Director of Sales and works closely with Customer Service, Marketing, Product Management, Manufacturing, and Operations.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Building relationships with distributors, contractors, OEMs, municipalities, and end users.
  • Conducting proactive outbound prospecting through phone calls, email campaigns, and account development activities.
  • Following up on customer inquiries and sales opportunities.
  • Preparing and managing quotations.
  • Maintaining disciplined follow-up to improve quote‑to‑order conversion.
  • Growing existing customer relationships and increasing repeat business.
  • Reactivating dormant customers and uncovering new opportunities.
  • Delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Collaborating with Operations, Manufacturing, Product Management, Marketing, and Customer Service to support customer success.
  • Maintaining accurate customer, activity, and opportunity information within CRM and company systems.
  • Managing and maintaining an active sales pipeline.
  • Achieving established sales activity, account growth, and business development goals.

Qualifications Required
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and follow‑up skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, account management, business development, retail, hospitality, manufacturing, construction, distribution, or other customer‑facing roles.
  • Experience using CRM or ERP systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Industry experience is helpful but not required.
