HIRING IMMEDIATELY

Sunstates Security is currently hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Security Officers for ALL shifts in Lake Zurich, IL. These positions offer a starting pay rate of $20.50/hr with weekly pay.

Industry‑leading employee benefits include weekly pay, 401(k) savings plan with company match, affordable medical, dental & vision benefits, employee referral bonuses, paid time off, premium holiday pay, tuition reimbursement, and more – available for qualified candidates (full‑time).

Refer a candidate and receive an employee referral bonus: $400 for a full‑time referral and $200 for a part‑time referral. Both employees must remain actively employed for 120 days in good standing.

• Prior experience in security, law enforcement, and/or military is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Comfortable using technology.
• Valid PERC Card preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and means of communication.
• Read and understand written instructions and communicate information clearly in written form.
• Must regularly stand or walk for extended periods of time and distance.
• Willing and able to work weekends, holidays, and in all weather conditions.

A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The officer must read and become extremely knowledgeable of the Post Orders and SOP and act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.

High School diploma or equivalent.
