TO LEAD CARPENTER

Salary Range: $22 To $32 Hourly, depending on experience and trade knowledge. Daily vehicle stipend for travel expenses. Six major holidays are paid off and you will accrue PTO as you work. Overtime is paid at 40%+ and double time after 60+ hours per week. Trade skills include drywall, painting, tile, flooring, carpentry, mechanical work. You will not be working on water mitigation phases.

We are looking for full-time skilled tradesmen with remodeling experience. The position involves working on projects ranging from small patches and paint jobs to complete home rebuilds. You will collaborate with superintendents and other team members to accomplish job goals.

• Remodeling experience
• Reliable and hardworking
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to move and/or lift 50+ lbs.
• Pass background check and drug screen

• Excellent communication skills
• Previous restoration experience is a plus
