-Foglia YMCA is hiring a Community Concierge team! Looking for help opening in the morning 4:45am-9:30am.

Community Concierge team members serve as the face of the Y and support a best-in-class experience for our customers. You will actively interact and engage with community members, provide solutions and offerings, and support them in discovering opportunities at the YMCA.
Salary starts at $17.05 per hour and opportunities to grow within the organization
Scope and Responsibility
- Greet community members and guests and make them feel welcome and engaged
- Answer phones and email inquiries
- Actively manage customer transactions
- Support facility operations by partnering with local Community Hub leadership to ensure community spaces are clean at all times
- Anticipate individuals' needs in order to accommodate them and provide an exceptional customer experience
- Maintain inventory of supplies and order new stock, as needed
- Ensure front desk operations run smoothly and efficiently
- Conduct hub tours responsive to the needs of prospective customers; sell memberships
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Earned high school diploma or GED
- Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and/or holidays, as needed
- Top-notch verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Bilingual, English/Spanish highly preferred
Child Abuse Prevention
- Supports the YMCA’s commitment to child abuse prevention by:
- Reporting any items that may provide a health or safety hazard to staff, members or guests to your supervisor
- Following all policies and procedures related to keeping children safe in our facilities and programs, including those related to the monitoring and supervision of children
- Reporting any suspicious behavior and violation of policy and procedures to your supervisor
- Completing all child abuse prevention training as required
