Position: Inventory Control Intern (Cycle Count)

ECHO Incorporated is looking for a motivated Summer Student Inventory Control Intern to join our team! In this hands-on role, you'll support the Inventory team with cycle counting, material movement, and warehouse system transactions. This is a great opportunity to gain real-world experience in warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and the use of a Warehouse Management System (WMS).

1st Shift M-F 7:00am-3:30pm!

$17/HR

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily and weekly cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Operate a forklift to move materials as needed (training provided if necessary)
  • Use the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to document inventory transactions
  • Support inventory investigations and help resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
  • Work closely with the Inventory team and designated mentor for training and support
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Interest in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Willingness to work in a warehouse environment
Learning Opportunities:
  • Understanding of inventory control processes
  • Hands-on experience with warehouse systems and equipment
  • Exposure to real-world supply chain and logistics operations
