Responsibilities:
* Lead and perform assembly, disassembly, modification, and overhaul of aerospace vehicle systems and components
* Configure aerospace vehicles and associated bench test equipment
* Troubleshoot and repair complex pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems
* Perform validation and verification testing (V&V) on aircraft systems and components
* Inspect components and verify repairs to ensure flight worthiness compliance
* Document repairs, test results, modifications, and inspection outcomes in accordance with contractual and regulatory requirements
* Oversee and support technician training and qualification activities
* Work under general direction with responsibility for quality and technical accuracy

Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or GED Active Secret Clearance
* 4+ years of aircraft maintenance or related aerospace mechanical experience
* Minimum 3 years hands-on aircraft maintenance experience
* Demonstrated ability to complete required training and qualification requirements within contractual timelines
* Ability to troubleshoot and repair integrated mechanical and electrical aircraft systems

Preferred Qualifications:

* C-17 aircraft experience (1+ year highly preferred)
* U.S. Air Force maintenance background
* Structural maintenance experience
