Position: IT CYBERSECURITY SPECIALIST (INFOSEC) with Security Clearance
Duties
* You will lead the engineering team in identifying, assessing, and remediating vulnerabilities across ADMACS hardware components, firmware, embedded systems, and associated applications.
* You will ensure STIG/SRG implementations are applied to ADMACS network devices, and continuously maintain compliance with ATC, ATU, and ATO requirements.
* You will oversee and execute the implementation and maintenance of strict security controls for ADMACS hardware systems, embedded devices, and network infrastructure to proactively mitigate emerging cybersecurity threats.
* You will direct systematic vulnerability assessment processes.
* You will translate program milestones into prioritized daily tasks, manage resources, and align security sprint planning with overarching schedule, cost, and mission requirement. Requirements Conditions of employment

* This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the

Functional Area

and Tier assigned to the position, along with Continuous Learning (CL) points, are required within established time frames.
* This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
* You will be required to successfully complete a pre-appointment physical examination.
* You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.
* This is a Cyberspace Workforce position, work role code 722, proficiency level Intermediate the incumbent is required to obtain and maintain qualifications in DoDM 8140.03 Cyber Workforce Qualification and Department of Navy policies. Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing some or all of the following duties:
1. Implementing and maintaining security controls for ADMACS hardware systems, embedded devices, and network infrastructure to mitigate cybersecurity threats;
2. Identifying, assessing, and remediating vulnerabilities in ADMACS hardware components, firmware, embedded systems, and associated applications through systematic vulnerability assessment processes;
3. Responding to ADMACS hardware-related security incidents, containing breaches affecting physical systems, managing data spills, and executing recovery procedures for compromised hardware and embedded devices;
4. Capturing and analyzing network traffic logs from ADMACS hardware devices, switches, routers, and embedded systems; skilled in monitoring ADMACS hardware-specific logs and identifying suspicious activities targeting physical infrastructure; and 5. Utilizing security policies and regulations specific to hardware systems, including current STIG/SRG implementations for current ADMACS network devices and embedded systems; experience maintaining compliance with Authorization to Connect (ATC), Authorization to Use (ATU), and Authorization to Operate (ATO) requirements for ADMACS hardware infrastructure Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.
