Field Service Representative/Logistics Representative Level 3

About the Role Join Indotronix as a Field Service Representative/Logistics Representative Level 3 and play a vital role in ensuring operational readiness and supply chain excellence for mission-critical projects. You'll be the go-to expert for parts support, inventory management, and logistics coordination, working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment supporting key defense operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for parts support, order validation, and supply issue resolution.
• Analyze delivery schedules and requirements to maintain operational readiness.
• Collaborate with asset managers and suppliers to resolve shortages and discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date data in logistics systems for both internal and customer needs.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on supply performance and metrics.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in partnership with stakeholders.
• Support shipping and receiving operations, including documentation and tracking.
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring prompt follow-up.
• Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to drive satisfaction.
• Assist with warehouse operations, including safe equipment handling (such as forklifts).

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 3 years' experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management.
• Proficiency with logistics systems, inventory databases, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
• Demonstrated multitasking and problem-solving abilities in dynamic environments.
• Strong customer service skills in operational or customer-facing roles.
• U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of related experience, Master's degree with 4+ years, or 10+ years' relevant work experience in lieu of a degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting U.S. Air Force or DoD logistics operations.
• Familiarity with USAF systems: FMxC2, ILS-S, DIFM.
• Product deficiency reporting experience.
• Knowledge of hazardous material shipping and handling.
• Ability to interpret technical and engineering documentation.
