Position Description
You will serve as a RESOURCES & OPERATIONS MANAGER in the Chief of Staff Office, SE & ALRE Group, of NAVAIRWARCENADLKE. You will serve as a RESOURCES & OPERATIONS MANAGER in the Prototype, Manufacturing & TEST Department, SE & ALRE Group, of NAVAIRWARCENADLKE.
Position Duties/Responsibilities- You will prepare long range plans that deal with financial, strategic, and organizational management objectives.
- You will develop/manage department hiring plans to meet demand, working within a supply/demand tool.
- You will interpret directives, monitor feasibility studies, and plan the implementation of all changes affecting the office/department.
- You will modify and adjust long-range plans in accordance with program goals.
- You will interface with associates and managers to provide leadership, business management, direction, guidance, support, and teamwork to support the services, programs or projects provided by the department.
