Equipment Specialist

Castellum Inc. seeks an Equipment Specialist to lead calibration and metrology support for mission-critical test and measurement assets supporting cybersecurity and defense programs. In this role, you will calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain electronic and RF test equipment, develop and follow detailed calibration procedures, and ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025, ANSI/NCSL Z540, and DoD requirements. You will manage calibration records and certificates, support audits, and collaborate with engineers and cyber teams to keep systems mission-ready.
