Avionic Technician
We are seeking a skilled Avionic Technician to perform installations on Sikorsky UH-60 helicopters. This role requires a strong experience in helicopter avionics and troubleshooting, with a focus on avionics repair and installation.
Responsibilities- Install avionics systems on Sikorsky UH-60 helicopters.
- Troubleshoot and repair avionics electrical systems.
- Perform modifications and installations on aircraft, including UH-60, SH-60, CH-53, and CH-47 models.
- Utilize etched and shadowed tools for maintenance tasks.
- Ensure compliance with military standards and specifications.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with Sikorsky Avionics on aircraft.
- Military experience in avionics systems.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing aircraft electrical systems.
- Experience with modification, installation, or repair of avionics systems.
- Ability to secure and maintain a secret security clearance.
Skills & Qualifications
- Familiarity with Army helicopters and avionics systems.
- Experience with aircraft such as UH-60, SH-60, CH-53, CH-47.
- Tools must be etched and shadowed.
- Steel toe boots are required.

Work EnvironmentThe position operates within a climate-controlled hangar, requiring a dress code of T-shirt, work pants, and steel toe boots. The role follows a first shift schedule, Monday through Friday, from 7:30am to 4:00pm. This is a six-month contract-to-hire position.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lakehurst, NJ.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $42.00 - $45.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
