Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time, on‑site Bookkeeper role based in Lakeland, FL. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, recording financial transactions, and reconciling accounts. Other responsibilities include managing day‑to‑day bookkeeping tasks, using accounting software, and ensuring compliance with company financial protocols.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Bookkeeping and preparing Financial Statements
- Experience with Accounting Software and handling Journal Entries
- Solid understanding of Finance and general accounting principles
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Familiarity with bookkeeping in the construction or manufacturing industry is a plus
