The Global Financial Services Cash Management Solutions team is responsible for providing Billing and Collections services to various Lockheed Martin business area/unit partners This entry level position is primarily responsible for providing successful billing support for the '1
LMX Previously Billed' transformation with additional support in other areas as needed
Position will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:
Reconciliation of 'Previously Billed' invoices in 1
LMX systems prior to active billing
Testing of 1
LMX billing systems and processes
Accurate and timely internal and external customer billing
Completion of invoice and account reconciliations as required
Independent identification of billing opportunities
Create, review and approve invoices including self audit checklists
Create accounting documents and appropriately transmit invoices
Assist with collection and cash application activities as needed
Review system enhancements and make recommendations
Additional responsibilities and special projects to support the organization as needed
This is a fast paced, challenging position where the candidate must be a high performer and quick learner The candidate must be able and willing to support and meet tight deadlines on a continuous basis while staying focused on internal billing team and external business area/unit, FAR, etc policies and procedures Work is cyclical and follows a billing schedule, but also has a dynamic component that requires analytical, customer service, and strong organizational skills An ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment is expected

* Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or previous experience in billings
Effective analytical skills demonstrated through related experience
Ability to multi task
Effective Microsoft Office skills specifically Excel
Experience/knowledge of accounting entries and related impacts

Prior experience with account reconciliations
Exceptional teamwork and customer service attitude
Quick and proactive learner with aptitude for systems and processes
Accountability and professionalism
Experience with automation software
Advanced Excel and Outlook skills

** Schedule for this Position:
** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
** Pay Rate:
