A growing construction and project-based organization seeks a Project Administrator to support operational and accounting functions within a collaborative Florida office. The role works closely with project managers, operations leadership, and accounting teams to ensure projects remain organized, accurate, and moving efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate customer billings and invoicing
  • Manage project setup and job tracking
  • Assist with subcontract and purchase order administration
  • Maintain project documentation and reporting
  • Support accounts receivable follow‑up and collections
  • Assist with job costing and operational reporting
  • Support project managers with administrative coordination
  • Assist with month‑end and accounting‑related processes
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy across all documentation
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of accounting, billing, or project administration experience
  • Construction, manufacturing, or project‑based industry exposure preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel
  • Comfortable working in fast‑paced operational environment
  • Team‑oriented mindset with adaptable personality
