Accounts Receivable Specialist (Lakeland, FL)
- Full‑time day shift (Mon–Fri, No weekends)
- Day‑one benefits:

- Answer incoming AR phone calls and respond to emails daily
- Process invoices and returns
- Apply customer payments
- Research and solve billing and payment discrepancies
- Process credit card payments and credits
- Make adjustments to accounts as needed
- Prepare deposits
- Balance reports to general ledger daily
- Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent with at least two years related experience
- Associate’s degree (AA) or equivalent from a two‑year college or technical school preferred
- Able to multi‑task and pay attention to detail
- Effective communication skills, both internally and externally
- Works well in a team environment

- Experience with Adobe Acrobat
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Use of computer and phone – must be able to see, type, write, finger, grasp, and sit; must be able to use a mobile phone
- Communicate with internal and external customers – must be able to talk, hear, see, and comprehend
- Mobility of arms – must be able to reach and use arms to manipulate small objects
- Move inside office to access filing cabinets, office machines, and supplies – must be able to move about the office, stand for extended periods, reach, bend, and occasionally lift up to 30 pounds
- Work environment characteristics described are representative of those required to perform the essential functions
- Work is routinely performed in an office environment
