Accounts Payable Clerk

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable / Accounting Clerk to join a small, established office team. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity for someone with strong AP experience, a good understanding of basic accounting, and excellent attention to detail.

This position will support accounting functions for multiple business entities and requires someone who is organized, dependable, and enjoys working as part of a close-knit team.

Responsibilities include:

• Process accounts payable for multiple entities
• Review and allocate credit card expenses and bill backs
• Complete bank reconciliations
• Scan checks and maintain accounting records and files
• Research and resolve account discrepancies
• Maintain accurate information in Quick Books Online
• Assist with journal entries based on experience
• Provide additional accounting and administrative support as needed

What we're looking for:

• Previous accounts payable/accounting experience with multiple entities
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles
• Experience with bank reconciliations
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• Professional, dependable and team-oriented
• Quick Books Online experience preferred
• App Folio or Rent Manager experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.

-5:00 p.m., in office

Pay: $24-$26/hour, depending on experience
