Description
* Responsible for analyzing, auditing and maintaining OSHA recordkeeping information for retail and providing guidance to OSHA recordkeeping contacts to ensure Publix is compliant with federal laws relating to OSHA.
* Responsible for administering OSHA recordkeeping training to new non-retail OSHA contacts.
* Responsible for researching and analyzing changes in the recordkeeping standards and disseminating the information to non-retail OSHA contacts.
* Responsible for entering and updating safety codes in Publix's claims system for retail stores.

* High School Diploma or equivalent experience

* knowledge of retail operations and processes
* knowledge of general office procedures

* good human relations skills (the ability to work well with others and be a team member) and

Preferred Qualifications
* Associate's Degree in Business
* 5 years of office administrative experience and 1 year with Publix
