Position: Hybrid Claims Operations Associate I – Workers’ Comp

Summit seeks to hire a Claims Administrative Support professional for our office in Lakeland, Florida. The role includes providing administrative and processing support to the Claims department, preparing records, and identifying efficiency opportunities.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma, with preferred Associates degree, and strong analytical and interpersonal skills. Our work environment is hybrid, allowing for 4 days in the office and 1 day remote.
