Service Porter

Service Porter – Subaru Buick Cadillac Lakeland Subaru Buick Cadillac Lakeland is looking for a dependable, energetic, and customer-focused Service Porter to join our Service Department.

The Service Porter plays an important role in keeping our service operation running smoothly by assisting with customer vehicles, maintaining an organized service area, and providing excellent service to our customers and team members.

Responsibilities Safely move, park, and retrieve customer vehicles throughout the dealership

Greet and assist customers arriving in the service drive

Stage vehicles for service and customer pickup

Assist Service Advisors and technicians with vehicle movement as needed

Help maintain an organized and efficient service drive and parking area Ensure customer vehicles are handled carefully and professionally

Assist with vehicle pickup and delivery when needed

Maintain cleanliness and organization of designated service areas

Perform other duties as assigned by Service Management Qualifications Valid  driver's license with a clean driving record required

Must be comfortable safely operating a variety of vehicles

Dependable, punctual, and responsible

Strong customer service and communication skills

Professional attitude and appearance

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Team-oriented and willing to assist wherever needed

Ability to work outdoors and remain on your feet for extended periods

Previous dealership or automotive experience is a plus, but not required
