Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage customer relationships across Central Florida.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in industrial and commercial packaging markets.
- Maintain and grow existing accounts, including those transitioning from retiring team members.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Represent the company’s full range of products and services, including corrugated packaging, large-format bins, and packaging supplies.
Required:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in packaging, corrugated, or related industries.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage a sales territory and meet revenue targets.
Preferred:
- Existing book of business or industry contacts in packaging or related sectors.
- Experience selling to industrial clients and managing large-volume orders.
- Base Draw: $30,000 annually.
- Commission: 3% on collected receivables (uncapped).
- Earnings Range: $200,000–$750,000 annually based on performance.
