• Develop and manage customer relationships across Central Florida.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities in industrial and commercial packaging markets.
• Maintain and grow existing accounts, including those transitioning from retiring team members.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Represent the company’s full range of products and services, including corrugated packaging, large-format bins, and packaging supplies.

Required:

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in packaging, corrugated, or related industries.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage a sales territory and meet revenue targets.

Preferred:

• Existing book of business or industry contacts in packaging or related sectors.
• Experience selling to industrial clients and managing large-volume orders.

• Base Draw: $30,000 annually.
• Commission: 3% on collected receivables (uncapped).
• Earnings Range: $200,000–$750,000 annually based on performance.
