All Clear Underground Solutions is seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Business Development to lead growth initiatives, cross-selling efforts, and new market expansion across Florida and Georgia. This senior leadership role is responsible for driving revenue growth by leveraging existing relationships, developing new client partnerships, and aligning business development strategy with All Clear’s full portfolio of underground infrastructure services.
The ideal candidate brings deep industry expertise within underground utilities and municipal infrastructure, a proven history of winning work, and the leadership presence to guide and support business development efforts across multiple service lines.
Duties Include:- Provide strategic leadership and oversight for business development activities across Florida and Georgia.
- Partner with existing Business Development Representatives to transition, retain, and expand current books of business.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities by promoting All Clear’s comprehensive underground infrastructure solutions.
- Leverage established relationships to expand All Clear’s presence with municipalities, utilities, engineering firms, and private contractors.
- Develop and execute territory-based growth strategies with a strong focus on cross-selling and service-line integration.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and site visits to communicate All Clear’s capabilities, value proposition, and project approach.
- Collaborate closely with estimating, operations, and executive leadership to develop competitive, compliant proposals and bids.
- Monitor sales pipeline activity, market trends, and opportunity progress using CRM tools and performance reporting.
- Represent All Clear at industry conferences, association meetings, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and market influence.
- Meet or exceed established quarterly and annual revenue goals.
- Provide mentorship, guidance, and accountability to support high-performing business development efforts.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive business development or sales experience within underground municipal I&I repair and maintenance or related infrastructure services.
- Demonstrated success generating revenue and securing work with municipalities, utilities, and large contractors.
- Strong existing relationships throughout Florida with public works agencies, consulting engineers, and infrastructure decision-makers.
- In-depth knowledge of municipal procurement processes, capital improvement programs (CIP), and contract delivery methods.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented with the ability to operate independently.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Hub Spot, Net Suite) and Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to travel throughout Florida and Georgia as required.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to use data and market insights to drive strategic planning.
- Proven leadership capabilities, including setting expectations, influencing cross-functional teams, and driving accountability.
- Demonstrated ability to develop sales strategies, manage complex pipelines, and consistently deliver results at a senior level.
