We are looking for someone who sees broken processes as opportunity — not frustration — and who can move from analysis to execution.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate workflows and identify bottlenecks across Finance, Operations, IT, and Supply Chain
- Lead and implement process improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen)
- Document “As-Is” and “To-Be” process maps
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements for technical teams
- Analyze data to uncover trends and root causes
- Build dashboards and reporting to support decisions
- Support cross-functional projects from planning through execution
- Drive adoption through training, workshops, and structured change management
This role acts as a key liaison between business and technical teams to ensure solutions align with strategic objectives
Qualifications- 3–7 years of experience in business analysis, operations, or process improvement
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Miro)
- Lean / Six Sigma knowledge (Green Belt preferred)
- Strong Excel and data visualization skills (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Experience working cross-functionally in complex environments
- ERP systems, workflow automation, or RPA exposure
- Finance process experience (P2P, O2C, FP&A, reporting)
