We are looking for a commercially minded and strategically driven Product Manager to lead global revenue and margin growth within their assigned product category.
This role is responsible for shaping and executing category strategy, driving innovation, optimizing the portfolio, and ensuring competitive positioning in the market. Acting as the subject matter expert for the category, you will leverage market insights, customer needs, and competitive intelligence to unlock growth opportunities.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver category excellence and achieve ambitious business objectives, while serving as a trusted partner to customers and internal stakeholders alike.

What you’ll be doingCategory Strategy Development
- Develop and execute category strategies to drive revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for innovation and expansion.
- Create and drive strategic initiatives in collaboration with key stakeholders across the business.
- Conduct multiple weekly customer visits to promote category offerings and drive pipeline growth.
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding customer challenges and delivering tailored, value-driven solutions.
- Partner closely with Sales to support key accounts and deliver compelling value propositions.
- Lead the full product lifecycle including innovation, optimization, and rationalization of food ingredient offerings.
- Ensure alignment with customer demand, regulatory requirements, and sustainability goals.
- Lead the Extracts and Essences team within the category.
- Work closely with R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Procurement to bring new products to market and ensure supply continuity.
- Lead category performance reviews and provide insights to support business decision-making.
- Serve as the principal point of contact for the category, identifying portfolio gaps and initiating solutions.
- Provide internal education on existing and new products to ensure strong portfolio awareness.
- Monitor category performance metrics including revenue, margin, and market share.
- Implement corrective actions where needed and drive continuous improvement through customer and market insights.
- Act in the best interest of Treatt PLC at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
