Possesses knowledge of data collection modes, techniques, and tools, and data analytics. Core responsibilities include articulating levers that influence data, ensuring data quality and organizing processes for analysis, and developing and implementing technology changes across multiple processes within the assigned area of work.

Possesses knowledge of environmental policies and procedures and applicable federal, state, and local laws. Responsibilities include operating tools and equipment for evaluating air, water, and waste pollution; supporting regulatory visits and preparing audit reports; participating in pollution control evaluation; integrating environmental considerations into process design; interpreting compliance status reports; assisting in company policy development; and implementing environmental policies to ensure compliance.

Possesses knowledge of organizational processes, root cause analysis techniques, department workflows, SOPs, and OBW processes. Responsibilities include explaining operational functions and key roles; clarifying departmental responsibilities; describing interdependence of support and line functions; identifying primary operational functions; locating and interpreting SOP and OBW information; and listing common tasks performed by operations functions.

Possesses knowledge of stakeholder identification, communication, engagement techniques, and tools. Responsibilities include owning the delivery of project activity and tasks assigned by others; supporting process updates and changes; solving simple business issues; and demonstrating functional knowledge of the business unit.

Possesses knowledge of OSHA guidelines, compliance safety, food safety auditing processes, regulatory inspection processes, and emergency evacuation plans. Responsibilities include participating in OSHA and other regulatory inspections; performing internal safety inspections; ensuring first aid equipment is operational; maintaining safety records; monitoring facilities for hazards; using continuous improvement processes; participating in root‑cause identification; reporting violations; implementing audit requirements; creating action plans; and verifying claim records.

Possesses knowledge of asset protection policies, practices, and environmental health and safety laws. Responsibilities include using theft prevention tools; investigating security breaches, thefts, and vandalism; assisting with access control procedures; installing emergency and surveillance services; maintaining loss‑prevention records; generating loss and shrinkage reports; supporting loss reduction practices; and reporting incidents of loss and shrinkage.

Possesses knowledge of training methodologies, content development, and organizational training life cycles. Responsibilities include supporting instructors; managing feedback solicitation; utilizing training life cycles; and explaining relevant processes to contractors.

Possesses knowledge of risk management processes, risk assessment reports, and tools. Responsibilities include producing and interpreting risk assessment reports; identifying technology, security, or financial risks; documenting risk management processes; implementing risk management; evaluating employee awareness; conducting assessments; and collecting and analyzing documentation for continuous improvement.

Possesses knowledge of critical workflows and process improvement methods. Responsibilities include defining critical workflows; identifying process problems; focusing on significant improvement opportunities; surfacing systemic problems; implementing controls; coaching team members; leading investigations; and providing countermeasure solutions.
