Product Manager - AI-Driven, End-to-End Software

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of a Metrc software product.

• Act as a bridge between stakeholders, customers and development teams.

• Establish a clear product vision, business case, and strategy.

• Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance product discovery.

• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback.

• Translate concepts into detailed product requirements and specifications.

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

• Monitor product performance using KPIs and analytics.

• Own product success metrics such as adoption and retention.

• Serve as the voice of the customer.

• Prioritize and manage the product backlog.

• Communicate the vision and strategy to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role in a software development environment.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering software products from concept to launch.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Kanban and Scrum) with experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, or similar).
