This is a full-time hybrid role for the Head of US Operations, based in Newmarket with the flexibility to work part of the time from home. The individual will oversee daily operations, develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Key responsibilities include managing budgets, analyzing operational data, leading and mentoring teams, and collaborating with various departments to optimize workflows.

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in scaling our presence in the US market while maintaining high operational standards.

• Proven experience in Operations Management, including optimizing processes and implementing strategic initiatives to improve efficiency.
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess operational performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Demonstrated expertise in Team Management, with the ability to lead, mentor, and develop talent effectively.
• Exceptional Communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
• Proficiency in Budgeting, with experience in financial planning, cost control, and resource allocation.
• Experience in expanding operations or market presence is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills in dynamic environments.
