Senior Superintendent | Ground Up Industrial Projects $5M–$50M

Salary: $130,000 - $180,000 per year

We are a well established commercial general contractor focused on ground up construction across industrial, warehouse, and diversified commercial projects. Our work typically ranges from $5M to $50M and we pride ourselves on delivering quality builds with a strong field leadership team.

• Lead full lifecycle of ground up projects from sitework through final completion
• Manage field teams, subcontractors, and daily site operations
• Drive schedule, safety, and quality across all phases
• Coordinate closely with project management and ownership
• Oversee tilt wall concrete scopes and large scale structural work

• 15+ years of commercial construction experience
• Proven experience as lead Superintendent on ground up builds
• Strong tilt wall concrete background
• Experience in industrial or large scale commercial projects
• Stable work history (not frequent job changes)
• Based in or familiar with the Central Florida market
