The Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Lakeland, FL. This role is responsible for planning, estimating, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget objectives are met. Daily tasks include managing project timelines, coordinating with expeditors, inspectors, subcontractors, subcontracts, bids and suppliers, and monitoring logistics to ensure materials and equipment are delivered and installed as planned.

The Project Manager will review drawings and specifications, track progress, prepare status reports, and promptly address risks, issues, and change orders. This role also involves conducting or coordinating site inspections, enforcing safety and quality standards, leading project meetings, and maintaining clear communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Proven project execution skills, including Project Management experience overseeing construction or similar field projects.
• Experience with Expediting and working as an Expeditor to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and documentation.

• Knowledge of Inspection processes and quality control procedures for construction projects.
• Logistics Management skills to coordinate suppliers, deliveries, and site resources efficiently.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with clients, field teams, and vendors.
• Proficiency with project management software and common office tools (e.g., MS Office, scheduling software, autodesk ,etc..).
• Experience in commercial or industrial construction is preferred; familiarity with local codes and regulations in Florida is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Lakeland, FL, including regular site visits and field coordination. Some traveling required based on Client needs within the South East.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred
• 5+ years of experience within commercial or mission critical construction
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency
• Experience managing complex, fast-paced construction projects
