The ideal candidate will have at least five years of estimating experience, strong field knowledge of exterior finishes, and the ability to prepare accurate, competitive bids for residential and commercial projects.
Responsibilities include taking-offs, bid preparation, supplier negotiations, procurement management, and collaboration with project managers throughout preconstruction
