Keeley Companies in Lakeland, Florida is looking for an Asphalt Laborer to join our Paving Group. You will perform surface prep, patching, paving, and sealcoat tasks, using hand tools and small power tools while supporting the crew.
You will direct equipment, assist with traffic control setup, and maintain a safe job site under OSHA standards. Previous asphalt paving or sealcoat experience is preferred, and reliable attendance is essential.
