We're currently partnering with a general contractor in Lakeland, FL who is seeking a Construction Laborer to assist on job sites for various projects. Their projects include residential and commercial remodeling, drywall installation, painting, repairs, installations, and concrete work.

This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands on work in a construction environment and are comfortable working outdoors.

• Load and unload construction materials from trucks
• Utilize hand tools and power tools to assist with repairs and installations
• Demolish existing concrete and remove debris to prepare areas for new sidewalk pours
• Assist with general concrete and construction project tasks as directed
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines on the job site
• Perform general construction site cleanup
• Complete tasks assigned by the site supervisor and assist the crew as needed

• Steel toe boots required
• Bilingual - English & Spanish
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for long periods of time
• Must arrive ON TIME and complete daily tasks assigned
• Must have good listening and following direction skills
• Previous experience as a general laborer in the construction industry

• $16.00 - $18.00/hr, depending on experience
• Schedule of Monday - Friday, 6:30am - finish
