Bilingual; Spanish Claims Service Specialist

Position Overview

As a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Auto Claims Specialist, you will reassure customers and offer solutions when they need us most with empathy and care. You will guide policyholders through their coverage and steps to get back on the road safely.

• Starting Salary: $20.84 – $26.05/hour
• +10% Bilingual Skill bonus
• +10% for evening shifts; +20% for weekends
• $1,500 sign‑on bonus for licensed candidates

• Manage incoming calls and collect accident facts.
• Investigate claim details and collect statements from involved parties.
• Assist customers in the process of getting back on the road.
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure a positive experience.

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Customer‑facing claims experience preferred.
• Active Adjusters license preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, problem‑solving, and empathy skills.
• Adaptable, detail‑oriented, able to prioritize and multitask.
• Experience in high‑volume call centers with KPIs and measurable goals.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
