Customer Service Representative

Responsible for taking orders over the phone and in person, processing orders and payments, preparing high‑quality pizzas, managing inventory, operating equipment, maintaining food safety and cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service.

• Use motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid accurate movements
• Communicate written instructions and verbally with customers and co‑workers

• Varying and sometimes adverse weather when removing trash and other outside tasks
• In‑store temperatures from 36°F in cooler to 90°F and above in some work areas
• Sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside
• Fumes from food odors, exposure to cornmeal dust
• Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500°F or higher
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts

• Standing for most tasks
• Walking, lifting, carrying up to 50 pounds, pushing up to 7.5 lbs force
• Climbing stairs or ladder infrequently; forward bending at waist necessary
• Forward bending, crouching/squatting, reaching, hand tasks with eye‑hand coordination
