We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Spanish Bilingual Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will engage with Spanish- and English-speaking customers to promote products and services, resolve inquiries, and build lasting relationships. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls in Spanish and English.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Build rapport and trust with clients to drive customer loyalty and repeat business.
• Upsell and cross-sell offerings based on customer profiles and preferences.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy.
