Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Domino's Pizza is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, handling orders, and maintaining quality food preparation standards.

• Demonstrate a friendly, positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
• Take orders over the phone and in person.
• Deal with customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare and make high‑quality pizzas according to company standards.
• Control portion sizes and ensure food safety and hygiene.
• Operate all kitchen and store equipment safely.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, walk‑in cooler, and work area.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

• Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and ability to make accurate monetary change.
• Strong motor coordination and ability to use a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders.
• Ability to comprehend and follow written instructions.
• Capacity to work independently and as part of a team, under stress, and meet quality control standards.

• Standing for the majority of the shift; walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling as required.
• Lift up to 50 pounds, stack items up to 72 inches high, and perform repetitive tasks such as bending, reaching, and squatting.
• Operate equipment near hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F and sharp edges.
• Work in varying temperatures (36–90°F) and may be exposed to fumes, cornmeal dust, and outdoor elements when removing trash.
• Use of eye‑hand coordination for continuous tasks during the shift.
