At D1 Training South Lakeland, the front desk is the heartbeat of the facility. You will greet members, manage check‑ins, and create a welcoming, organized, and professional environment every shift. You’ll be the first person members see and the go‑to source for questions, concerns, and first impressions, setting the tone for the entire experience.

• Greet members by name and make them feel like regulars from day one.
• Manage check‑ins and keep class flow smooth during busy windows.
• Handle memberships, transactions, and retail sales.
• Handle incoming calls and inquiries quickly and professionally.
• Manage scheduling, appointment confirmations, and daily organization.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and guest‑ready facility, including lobby, turf, and common areas.
• Support opening and closing procedures and restock drinks, snacks, and merchandise.
• Capture real moments (workouts, wins, behind‑the‑scenes) and support social media content by taking photos/videos.
• Help tell the story of D1 South Lakeland from the inside.
• Support coaches and staff by providing a positive, energetic presence.

• Natural people skills and comfort starting conversations.
• Ability to stay organized and calm when multiple tasks occur simultaneously.
• Ownership mindset—complete tasks without being asked.
• Coachable and open to feedback.
• Genuine interest in fitness, sports, or athletic performance.
• Professionalism and positive energy at every shift.
• Reliable, punctual, and consistent.

• Part‑time role focused on peak operating hours—afternoons, evenings, and Saturday mornings.
• Afternoon/evening availability strongly preferred.
• Morning availability a plus.
• Saturday morning availability required.

• $14–15 per hour.
