Customer Service Representative

GEICO is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to support our auto and property insurance customers in both Spanish and English. In this role, you'll respond to inbound and outbound calls, answer questions about policies, billing, and claims, and guide customers through changes and coverage options.
