Customer Service Representative - Seedway - Lakeland, FL

Growmark -  - Responsibilities:
Process and manage customer orders including printing invoice, verifying credit card transactions, enter order into JD Edwards and marking order as shipped;
Process credit card refunds accurately and efficiently;
Follow up on order preparation, coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams, and ensure timely delivery to customers;
Handle any issues related to orders, including delays, returns, exchanges, refunds, ensuring customer satisfaction;
Communicates with customers, salespersons, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, take orders and address complaints
