• Answer incoming customer calls and educate homeowners about our services
• Provide estimates over the phone and schedule appointments
• Manage technician schedules to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with field technicians to resolve scheduling, billing, and customer service issues
• Handle warranty calls, data entry, and other administrative tasks
• Assist with day-to-day office operations to ensure an exceptional customer experience

• 3+ years of experience in sales, customer service, call center, or high-volume phone support
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Experience with scheduling or dispatching service technicians is preferred
• Professional, friendly, and customer-focused attitude
