• Expert knowledge of endodontic procedures, techniques, and instrumentation
• Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills
• Excellent hand skills and precision in performing root canals and related procedures
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members
• Understanding of dental materials, imaging, and digital technologies

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Completion of an accredited Endodontic residency program
• Board certification or eligibility preferred
• Active dental license in good standing
• Previous clinical endodontic experience preferred
• Comfort working collaboratively with general dentists and staff
• Familiarity with digital imaging and endodontic equipment
