A Resident Physician participates in a graduate medical education program gaining training in a specialized area of medicine. They work with other members of the healthcare team to provide direct medical care to patients. The Resident Physician provides clinical care under the supervision of an attending physician.

- Perform assigned duties to the best of the Resident’s ability including completion of medical records in a timely fashion, in accordance with Hospital and Program policy.
- Perform duties at a level commensurate with the Resident’s training, skills and supervision requirements of the Program and/or accreditation guidelines.
- Abide by applicable LRMC Policies and Procedures and the Program requirements, rules and regulations as outlined in the Program Manual.

- Medical Degree
- Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathy
- Experience Essential:
Have completed and graduated medical school. - Certifications Essential: ACLS, BLS within three months of employment.
- Licenses Essential:
Physician In Training License from the Board of Medicine in the State of Florida.
