Physician - Hematology/Oncology - Lakeland, FLWatson Clinic is seeking a BC/BE Hematologist Oncologist to join our growing physician-owned, multi-specialty practice. Large physician-owned group comprised of over 220 physicians across 19 locations. Over 40 specialties with robust internal referral network and well-established patient base. Service to 910-bed hospital 1 block away. EPIC EMR allows for continuity of care throughout clinic. Physicians are eligible for partnership after 2 years (Guaranteed salary + bonus for 1st year).
Rewarding compensation structure with NO PRACTICE START-UP COSTS. ADVANCED DIAGNOSTIC SUPPORT including in-house labs and Radiology and BUILT-IN REFERRAL NETWORK. ROBUST ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT takes care of staffing, billing and collections, coding and transcription, Clinical Informatics (EMR), Value-Based Services, Quality and Recruitment. NO STATE INCOME TAX! Exceptional suburban setting and favorable payor mix Accepting Visa sponsor ships!

Hematology/Oncologist Join one of the Central Florida's largest multidisciplinary medical groups. 910 bed hospital. Established since the 1940's, physician-led private practice with state-of-the-art technology and innovative diagnostic procedures. 40 specialties and a team of 220+ physicians within 19 locations in the clinic network. FL has no state income tax.
Currently a team of 8 Hematology/Oncologists providers within a well established patent base. Favorable payor mix. EPIC EMR.
Compensation/Benefits:
